08 700 Rhino hard to start

Once it finally starts, everything is smooth. Problem is, IF it starts. Tried everything I know from spark plugs replacement, new ECU, valves, filters and a lot more.

Sorry to hear about this but since the spark plugs and ECU seems okay, could it be a fuel thing? Check the fuel pump pressure and also it might be a clogged injector? 



Weird stuff could be a weak battery or charging, can be dodgy wiring connections too. Check things one by one if everything seems fine, get a trusted mechanic to take a look

You can try checking your fuel pump pressure during startup, and inspect the coolant temp sensor, it can mess with cold start fueling if faulty

A malfunctioning choke can cause hard starting, you might want to check it. or check the carburetor, if there's a sticky float in it or something

Looks like you've already done quite a bit of troubleshooting. Next, take a look at the crankshaft position sensor, the ignition coil, and the fuel pump,one of those might be causing the issues with starting up intermmittently. And don't forget to check the battery voltage and connections as well

Well, it looks to me that you have already done your best about the parts. Maybe what you should do now is to check that fuel pump and injector pulse. My old bike (not a Rhino) acted the same till I found a weak pump that couldn't push pressure.

I had a similar issue with an old four-wheeler I got. Once it started, it ran great, but getting it going was a gamble. I checked the sensors and wiring, and it turned out the pump was working, but it wasn't getting up to pressure fast enough. I put in a different one, and it started up on the first try every time after. So, sometimes it isn't the part, but how well it's working.
