Adding switches

My Rhino 700 is bone stock with no mods and I plan to change that. I want to add a winch, light bar and stuff like that and I'd like to add the switches tot he dash. My question is how much of a headacha is it going to be? I don't ming improvising the switches somewhere, but I'd like to keep things clean, so is it doeable without too much hassle?

nah, it's not gonna be too much of a headache. you know, Rhinos are accessory-friendly. so the utility vehicles like the rhino are generally designed with accessories in mind
there's usually a decent amount of space behind the dash for wiring, and often some blank switch knockouts you can use

Totally doable, and honestly not as bad as it looks at first. I've added a winch and lights to my 700, and getting the switches into the dash was probably the most satisfying part once it was done clean, the plastic on the dash is thick enough to hold rocker switches solid, and you can use a step drill bit to make clean holes if you're adding round ones

You'll need a step bit to make the switch holes, and maybe a fuse block or relay setup to keep everything safe, just giving some extra tips or sumn

Based on your responses, I guess I better start finding switches

Any options you'd recommend that can handle the daily life this thing will see? Water, mud, dust, stuff like that?

Yeah, it's definitely doable and the 700 actually has some good options for switch locations!!
Go with a marine-grade switch to handle the water and mud you mentioned.
OTRATTW switches are a popular choice because they're well-sealed and have a ton of different options for covers.
Wiring is pretty straightforward too.. just make sure you use a fuse block to keep everything clean and safe.
You can tap into the accessory wire for a power source that turns on with the key.
