After a bit over 4 years of riding and being a newbie, Ive now thought about THE modifications I want and need that inclines to my comfort and preference. Better tires (about 28 inches ITP mud lites) and ground clearance, about 3 inches (I dont wanna stress my ball joints or CV axles). I need your advice, tips, suggestions and insights.

That would be 28x10x12 for the tires right? Massive ones, very good choice.

good choice, for the 3 inch lift, just be careful with suspension geometry to avoid stressing your ball joints and CV axles.

Ok I'm not against mods but 4 years is still a short time of riding. I think you have to really ponder if you're gonna go risk it all and get mods. Some don't work as well as you think. It's a different experience for everyone.

are you kidding me? I had a Kawasaki mule long time ago and I installed a lift kit a week after I got it.

@Pterodactyl25 any change you make in the geometry will put a stress on the factory components, so you might as well consider doing a full upgrade if you're into that

I think you brewed up a good plan in those four years!!
Jumping to 28" ITP Mud Lites will definitely give you a noticeable boost in traction.
For that 3" lift without overdoing it on the angles and the geometry concerns most were talking about.. have you looked into a combination of a 2" bracket lift and maybe slightly stiffer aftermarket shocks or shock spacers for that last inch?
That way, you're not relying solely on the lift brackets which can sometimes put more strain on things!
Make sure to also double-check your wheel offset after the lift and tire change.. you might need spacers to maintain stability!!
