2009 Rhino stalling issue after fuel change

I've got a 2009 Yamaha 700 Rhino with under 100 miles. After replacing the fuel, it now stalls every couple of minutes and sometimes won't start easily. It's fuel-injected, so I'm unsure if it's the fuel pump or injector causing issues. Any suggestions?

There could be old residue clogging the injector or filter. Try running a fuel system cleaner through it first. Also check the fuel pump pressure before pulling things apart.

Letting a fuel-injected machine sit that long with old gas is just begging for clogged injectors or varnish buildup in the pump. Everyone replaces fuel but skips cleaning the whole system and then wonders why it still runs like trash.

I'll try a fuel system cleaner first considering how long it sat. I'll also check the pressure to narrow it down before diving into the injector or pump

Fair point, well I figured fresh fuel would be enough, but sounds like I underestimated how much damage old gas can do. I'll go ahead and clean out the whole system properly this time
